Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Experience to lead hospitality-focused services across a national portfolio of 26 offices, with a hybrid in-office/remote work model in major US cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Richardson/Dallas.

You will oversee operations, vendor management, and employee engagement, ensuring exceptional service for employees, visitors, and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and workforce development across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Employee Experience, Corporate Services, Office Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment and managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Lead employee relations and workplace engagement across a dispersed workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and efficiency.
• Lead contingency, business continuity, and succession planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and cost saving initiatives.
• Oversee training and technology adoption for Workplace Experience teams.
