Job summary
FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide expert technical leadership across Fujifilm medical imaging products. You will own major incident resolutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with TAC, upgrading teams, and development on complex issues.

Qualifications
- Advanced troubleshooting in medical IT and imaging products.
- Experience leading incident resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead major incident resolution efforts for critical customer cases end-to-end.
- Act as SME for specific product areas and guide peers and juniors.
- Mentor technicians and provide advanced technical training to TAC/Upgrade teams.
- Review escalations from TAC and international partners and drive to resolution.
- Collaborate with development on special projects and new releases.
