Qualifications

Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience of 8 years or comparable work experience of 10+ years.
Security, VCP, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft and AWS certifications preferred.
Ten years of progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging or equivalent.
Industry certifications expected and maintained.

Responsibilities

Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end for critical customer cases.
Act as SME for specific product areas; provide advanced guidance to peers.
Expert troubleshooter; primary interface for complex escalations; support multiple Fuji product lines.
Mentor and guide junior technical support engineers and provide advanced training.
Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners; coordinate with development until resolution.
Provide on-call 24/7 down-site support; coordinate with TAC, PE, UE as needed.
Collaborate with TAC and other Fuji teams to resolve complex issues and develop solutions.
