FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide top-level technical leadership across medical imaging products including PACS, VNA, and Synapse. You will act as SME, mentor engineers, and drive escalations from TAC and international partners while coordinating with development teams.
The role requires deep medical IT expertise, multiple certifications, and willingness to work after hours and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor’s with extensive industry experience in Medical IT/Imaging.
- 10+ years progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging products.
- Strong certifications in security and cloud/IT infrastructure (Security+, AWS, CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft).
- Experience leading senior technical support and training teams.
Responsabilités
- Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases.
- Serve as SME for product areas and provide advanced guidance to peers.
- Mentor junior engineers and deliver advanced technical training to TAC/Upgrade/Project teams.
- Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners and coordinate with development.
