FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-level technical leadership across imaging products and related systems. The role includes mentoring teams, guiding escalations, and driving improvements with Development and QA, while maintaining expert knowledge of medical imaging platforms.

You will engage with TAC and customers, document issues, train teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Medical IT/Imaging or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree with significant industry experience or Master’s degree preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership in high-pressure environments
• Experience with DICOM/HL7, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS communications

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical leadership for enterprise support teams
• Triaging escalations from TAC and coordinating with Development
• Mentor TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams; develop knowledge bases
• Lead cross-functional investigations and drive product quality improvements
• Communicate technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams
