Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas in Lexington, MA seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top‑tier technical leadership across healthcare imaging products. You will mentor teams, triage escalations, work with Development to resolve high‑priority issues, and contribute to knowledge bases and training efforts.

The role requires extensive Medical IT experience, strong problem‑solving, and exceptional communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Medical IT and imaging.
• Master's degree with 8 years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years in relevant fields.
• Certifications in security, cloud and networking preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and presentation skills under pressure.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and enterprise storage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership and mentorship across TAC, PE, and UE teams.
• Review escalations, coordinate with Development, and drive issue resolution.
• Develop knowledge bases and training materials for the organization.
• Engage with customers and cross‑functional teams on complex projects.
