Job summary
Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Distinguished National Support Engineer in the United States to deliver top-level technical leadership across imaging products including PACS, VNA, and Clinical Information Systems. You will triage escalations, collaborate with Development, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring teams and expanding knowledge bases.
The role requires 12+ years in Medical IT/Imaging, strong DICOM/HL7, Docker/Kubernetes, and advanced troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Over 12 years in Medical IT and Imaging products.
- 2nd item
- Master's degree preferred in related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
- On-call rotation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Advanced Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
- Mentor TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.
- Publish knowledge base articles and procedures.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior management.
