Job summary

Resideo seeks a senior national accounts sales leader to drive account, channel and customer plans across the U.S. MRO business.

This role manages representative organizations, coordinates day-to-day sales activity, and leads customer meetings and trade shows as the primary contact for the category and business. You will partner with marketing and internal teams on pricing, promotions, assortment, and new item launches to fuel growth across product categories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, account management, or trade marketing experience in B2B electrical, MRO, or major accounts.
• Experience managing customer relationships, account plans, and representative organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working with pricing, promotions, assortment, and product launch execution.
• Experience building and maintaining effective business relationships across sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of account, channel, and customer sales plans for assigned national and regional accounts.
• Manage representative organizations and coordinate day-to-day sales activity to support sales growth and customer coverage.
• Lead customer meetings and support trade show participation as the primary category and business contact.
• Coordinate pricing, assortment, and promotional execution with marketing, trade marketing, and internal sales partners.
• Identify growth opportunities within the assigned segment and recommend actions to expand sales across product categories.
• Gather and analyze competitive and marketplace intelligence to support account planning and sales recommendations.
• Drive new item launch execution at the customer level and ensure plans are implemented within required timelines.
• Support team development and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong customer relationships and delivery against business objectives.
