Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 8+ years of direct sales and/or account management experience with growing responsibility.
• Ability to execute sales/marketing strategies and forecast.
• Strong presentation skills for senior management and C-suite audiences.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and team leadership at project level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive an account strategy for profitable growth aligned with long-range plans.
• Position products and promotions to maximize sales and build the business with key accounts.
• Lead customer interactions for launches, annual plans, and logistics.
• Create and deliver sales presentations; nurture new business opportunities.
• Manage account budgets, cost controls, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with product divisions on new ideas and launches.
• Act as team leader on account projects; mentor other Retail Account Managers.
