Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide the highest level of technical expertise across our healthcare imaging and informatics products. You will lead major incident resolutions, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and mentor engineers while coordinating with TAC, development, and international partners.

You will document activities, train teams on new releases, and engage with customers in high-visibility situations.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred with 6+ years industry experience or Bachelor’s with 8+ years, or comparable work experience.
• Security+, VCP, CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft, or AWS certifications are desirable.
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for specific product areas and guide peers.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide advanced technical training.
• Provide 24/7 down-site support and on-call assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with TAC, development and international partners to drive resolution.
