Job summary

Default Brand is seeking a Sales Admin Specialist III to provide high-level administrative support to the National Account team. You will coordinate data, reports, and presentations, acting as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and retailers.

Responsibilities include preparing rollout forms, vendor setup, data validation, weekly inventory and POS updates, and ad hoc reporting using ATC software. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required or preferred
• 4+ years of experience supporting a demanding and multi-location sales team
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Verbal, written and electronic communication proficiency

Responsibilities

• Completes rollout forms for product launches/changes and coordinates with rollout team and NAM
• Completes vendor setup forms including pricing, dimensions, ship points, etc.
• Identifies and calls out outliers and verifies data prior to submission
• Updates forecasting inventory, in-stock, and POS files weekly and communicates changes
• Enters data into ATC reporting software and runs ad hoc reports
• Directs presentation workflow for major account presentations and distributes to team
• Assists with managing YOY budget files
• Maintains inventory tracking and collaborates to cancel or sell off balances
• Updates internal inventory reporting and new program projection files
• Oversees setup and maintenance of ATC items in retailer portals
• Maintains customer manuals and updates pricing, case packs, etc.
• Organizes store shop dates/times and assigns categories
• Leads in-store shops for photos, measurements, and competitive shops
• Manages requests for current client samples
• Supports analysts with database maintenance and report updates
• Assists sales team with priority requests from National Account Managers
• Updates Walmart Scorecard and reconciles Velocity data
• Provides pricing pages and slides for the designated territory
• Prepares closeout/opportunity decks and coordinates with PD, Marketing and Pricing
• Assists with PowerPoint slides as needed
• Active participation in team meetings
