Job summary

Van Zyverden, Inc. is seeking a National Account Sales Support to assist the sales team by capturing and reviewing sales data, compiling reports, and communicating with accounts via phone.

You will work closely with the office manager and other sales staff to perform duties professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities include creating reports using AS400, Excel, Power BI and supplier systems, maintaining files, preparing presentations, and handling calls and emails with accounts/stores.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Marketing/Business or three years of related field experience.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales in capturing and reviewing sales data and compiling reports.
• Communicate with accounts via phone and email; coordinate with office manager and sales team.
• Create reports using AS400, Excel, Power BI and supplier systems.
• Prepare presentations for meetings and maintain organized files for follow-up actions.
