Travelers Insurance is seeking a seasoned Risk Control professional to develop and oversee delivery of risk control services across accounts nationwide. The role involves marketing services to new and existing clients, managing budgets, and communicating risk to underwriting.

Expect 20%–50% on-site field presence with customers, travel as needed, and collaboration with underwriting, brokers, and risk control teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must have five years of experience in safety, risk control/management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must meet state-specific certification requirements where applicable.

• Maintain a consistent field presence, 20%–50% onsite with customers.
• Consult with clients on strategies for identifying hazards and coordinating risk control services.
• Analyze losses to identify trends and ensure the plan addresses loss leaders.
• Negotiate and manage client expectations balancing service and cost.
• Influence clients to ensure commitment to service plan and implementation.
• Build productive relationships with underwriting, brokers, claim and risk control teams.
• Adopt AI and Travelers digital technologies to enhance performance.
• Write technically detailed risk assessment reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
