Job summary

Expect 20%–50% travel and ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in risk control, relevant certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in safety, risk control/management or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Where applicable, certification to meet state-specific requirements within agreed timeframe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technically detailed risk assessments of moderate to high complexity across multiple industries.
• Apply consultative skills to implement risk control measures to reduce losses.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders for high-quality service.
• Share knowledge with peers to support team effectiveness and continuous learning.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.
