The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Risk Control Executive Consultant based in the United States with expertise in risk assessment and loss control. The role involves frequent client consultation across multiple industries, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of risk-control practices.

You will independently conduct detailed risk assessments, apply consultative risk-reduction measures, and build strong client relationships while staying current with regulatory

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in safety, risk control/management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certification to meet state-specific requirements within agreed timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence, spending 20%–50% of the time with customers.
• Independently prepare, conduct, and complete technically detailed risk assessments of high complexity.
• Apply expert consultative skills with clients to implement risk control measures.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants to support their growth.
• Review and sign off on risk assessments for high-stakes accounts.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within Risk Control.
• Stay current on industry trends and pursue relevant certifications.
