Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Risk Control Sr Consultant (CAG) to independently assess moderate to high complexity risks and provide consultative risk reduction services. Travel will be involved, with 20% to 50% field presence, including car and air travel as needed.

You will collaborate with clients and underwriters to inform account selection and pricing decisions, and you’ll pursue ongoing industry training and certifications to stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, construction management, basic sciences, or related technical field.
• Five years of experience in safety, risk control/management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and state-specific certs as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct risk assessments of moderate to high complexity across industries.
• Apply advanced consultative skills to implement risk control measures.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders for risk reduction.
• Stay current on industry trends and pursue relevant training.
