The Travelers Indemnity Company in the United States seeks a Risk Control professional to develop and oversee risk control services for national accounts, market services to clients, manage budgets, and coordinate with underwriting. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking and the ability to travel on-site with clients.

Ideal candidates have five years of experience in safety and risk control, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications (ASP/CSP/ARM).

Formación

• Five years of experience in safety, risk control/management or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certification to meet state-specific requirements, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate risk to underwriting and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a field presence on site with customers 20%–50% of the time.
• Consult with clients on hazard strategies and risk control delivery.
• Analyze losses to identify trends and address loss leaders.
• Negotiate client expectations to balance service and cost.
• Influence clients to implement recommended plans.
• Build relationships with underwriting, brokers and risk control teams.
• Adopt Travelers digital technologies to enhance performance.
• Write technically detailed risk assessment reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
