Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight to ten years of underwriting experience in National Accounts.
• Deep knowledge of loss-sensitive products and regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced sales and marketing capabilities.
• CPCU designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability, growth, and retention of a high-complexity book of business.
• Underwrite and negotiate highly complex accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
• Develop sales plans with internal partners and market Travelers products to brokers and agents.
• Travel for key meetings with agents and brokers to write and retain accounts.
