• Bachelor’s degree required; CPCU designation preferred.
• 8–10 years underwriting experience in commercial lines.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Manage profitability, growth, and retention of a high-complexity book.
• Underwrite and negotiate complex customer accounts to minimize risk.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to create sales plans and cross-sell opportunities.
• Travel to meetings with agents and brokers to market Travelers' products.
