Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience in sales, insurance, or financial services.
• Expert knowledge of agency diagnostics and operations; ability to provide strategic sales and marketing support.
• Advanced ability to influence the sale and get agents to promote Travelers products.
• Advanced relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels.
• Advanced communications skills.
• Advanced problem solving; decisive judgment.
• Advanced technical savvy.
