Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent required; advanced health science degree a plus.
• 10+ years in Hematology or Rare Disease; marketing or clinical experience a plus.
• 5+ years in clinical liaison, thought leader management, or related roles.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate national/regional KOLs and maintain relationships.
• Support KOL mapping, profiles, and engagement plans.
• Monitor insights to influence commercial strategy and provide feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure flawless KOL experience.
• Act as liaison between KOLs and Johnson & Johnson for approved activities.
• Plan and coordinate regional/national speaker engagements and programs.
• Assist in advisory boards and recruitment for initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine positioning and messaging.
• Travel 60–70% and align with Medical Science Liaisons on initiatives.
