Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Multisite Senior Leasing Consultant to drive leases and lead the leasing staff across properties. The role requires at least three years in sales or customer service, a valid driver’s license, setup for flexible weekends, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand and drives leasing across assigned properties.
• Coordinates tour schedules and onsite presence with property teams.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM.
• Closely tracks occupancy and revenue goals and supports resident events.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to leasing staff and ensures compliant leasing practices.
