Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws (federal/state).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Smartphone required for certain tasks; device should be secure.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand across assigned communities.
• Coordinate scheduling for onsite property presence based on occupancy goals.
• Proactively manage leads and customer experience using CRM at all communities.
• Complete CRM tasks promptly to maintain records.
• Present communities to prospects and build rapport to close leases.
• Manage tour schedules and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Ensure accurate knowledge of community details and marketing initiatives.
• Provide leadership to Leasing Consultants and assist Community Manager.
• Support resident events and leasing documentation; verify move-in files.
