The role requires 10+ years of facilities leadership, a related degree, and strong project management, budgeting, and vendor relations skills, with a cross-functional, multi-site focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-site portfolio (5+ locations) with lease administration and vendor standardization.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Excellent budgeting, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of a multi-site real estate portfolio.
• Manage preventive/corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and minor construction from planning through completion.
• Manage landlord, contractor, vendor relationships and performance.
• Track lease terms, renewal options, and expiration timelines; lead negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Monitor rents, escalations, operating expenses, and reconcile landlord invoices.
• Be primary contact for landlords, brokers, and property managers.
• Standardize facility operations and service levels across sites for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
• Lead office space planning, moves, and workplace improvements.
• Oversee building security, access control, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
