Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical/lighting, HVAC support, doors, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; keep logs and documentation.
• Assist with room setups, events, and facility needs.
• Monitor safety compliance and document inspections.
