Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial facilities maintenance/management experience; multi-location preferred.
• PM or construction management degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping, light construction, and general repairs.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with facility-related software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facility Operations — Own daily physical operations of buildings and grounds to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable work environments.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance — Develop, track, and perform maintenance programs; complete routine repairs and seasonal preparation.
• Quality Control & Safety — Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Vendor & Project Management — Schedule and coordinate inspections, emergency repairs, contracted services, and capital improvements.
• Security Systems Oversight — Manage access control, camera systems, and intrusion monitoring systems.
• Planning & Documentation — Create and update maintenance, health, safety, and evacuation plans; maintain reports and documentation.
