Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Multiple sites facility management experience preferred.
• Supervisory and performance management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• OSHA regulatory familiarity and safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance staff and performance management.
• Prioritize work orders and coordinate daily workload.
• Supervise preventative maintenance on MEP systems and utilities.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to meet safety standards.
• Implement policies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, and supplies for operations.
• Train staff on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor on progress and issues.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain professional relationships.
