Job summary

ePlus Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, procurement, and administration across multiple U.S. locations. You will lead a facilities team, manage vendors and contracts, and drive cost control and service excellence.

The role requires experience with building systems, work-order management, and strong communication skills to support operations, safety, and occupancy readiness. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience, multi-site portfolio preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading facilities staff or teams.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).
• Experience with facility work-order or service-request systems; ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop facilities staff with ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily facilities operations across multi-site locations in the U.S.
• Act as primary contact for facilities needs, providing responsive service to employees and stakeholders.
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance across the portfolio and coordinate resources.
• Oversee facilities service providers and contracts; monitor performance and support negotiations.
• Develop and manage facilities operating budgets and expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Procure office supplies, FF&E, and other workplace goods and services for U.S. locations.
• Assist with planning and execution of new offices, renovations, relocations, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with landlords and property managers on operations, leases, and compliance.
• Maintain lease management records and support safety and business continuity planning.
• Supervise mailroom and reception operations at corporate office.
• Maintain records for DOT-certified drivers and vehicle registrations.
• Audit facilities systems and processes; collaborate across IT, HR, Security, Finance, Procurement.
• Develop and maintain facilities procedures and reporting for consistent service.
