Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager for multifamily portfolios. You will oversee on-site operations, budgeting, leasing, and marketing while leading a diverse team to ensure excellent resident services and performance across communities.

Travel to multiple properties is expected; CPM or real estate license preferred, with a focus on financial and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across communities including budgeting, maintenance, leasing and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop and mentor on-site teams including leasing and maintenance staff.
• Manage vendor relations and enforce policies and procedures.
• Coordinate special projects and ensure financial and operational compliance.
