Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily in Midland, TX to oversee operations, budgeting, leasing, and on-site team leadership. You will ensure market readiness, drive resident satisfaction, and manage vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and develop a cohesive on-site team, monitor performance, and align leasing goals with revenue objectives while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience and 3+ years of Management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing and vendor management.
• Provide excellent resident service to increase renewals and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Manage leasing/marketing goals with staff.
• Maintain resident files and ensure on-site policies are followed.
