Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Property Manager for multifamily portfolios, accountable for business plan execution and team leadership. The role requires managing property budgets, coordinating with marketing, and guiding staff to meet client expectations.

The candidate will mentor managers, oversee front-end technology usage, and ensure risk management and safety standards across properties. A strong client service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate license required in some markets.
• CPM/CCI/RPA/CAM preferred.
• Experience in property management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with owner representatives and communicate terms of the management agreement.
• Review and approve property purchases within the budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend.
• Participate in revenue management pricing and pricing calls.
• Lead and mentor property managers and area managers; ensure policy execution.
