Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Property Manager for Multifamily in Colorado to oversee the daily operations of a community and ensure it remains market-ready.

The role focuses on delivering high resident service, leading a capable on-site team, and driving occupancy and revenue through effective leasing and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management and leadership experience, with a background in budgeting, lease administration, and capital improvements.

Formación

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Team leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and meet leasing/marketing goals.
• Familiarity with property management processes and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operations of the community, including maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and marketing.
• Provide superior service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Manage leasing staff to achieve leasing/marketing goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing onsite team.
