Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for multifamily, multi-site communities. You will oversee maintenance, budgeting, and marketing while leading a cohesive on-site team to achieve strong occupancy and financial performance.

You'll mentor staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain high standards of resident service, safety, and regulatory compliance across several communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Track and evaluate advertising and all client traffic.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management.
• Drive revenues through competitive analysis and creative marketing programs.
• Lead by example and align with Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Hire and coach on-site staff to maintain effective operations.
• Maintain residents' files per company standards.
• Maintain a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and follow-up.
• Manage the overall community budget and finances.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
