Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee multi-site communities, lead a high-performing on-site team, and ensure operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional resident service to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will manage budgets, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and vendor contracts; collaborate with leasing staff to hit occupancy goals; travel between sites as needed; a Bachelor’s degree and real estate license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple communities; ensure market-ready standards.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and lease administration.
• Drive revenue through marketing and occupancy goals.
