Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Sr. Property Manager, Multifamily, to oversee daily operations of our community and lead on-site teams. You will manage maintenance, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and resident services to maximize performance and drive renewals.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, team development, and financial stewardship within a dynamic market environment. Travel as required by the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and audits.
• Provide superior resident service to improve satisfaction, renewals, revenue, and profitability.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive revenue via market analysis and creative marketing programs.
• Enforce company policies and drive staff performance.
• Interview, hire, and coach on-site staff.
• Maintain residents' files per standards.
• Resolve conflicts to sustain a positive living environment.
• Manage the community budget and finances.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing and marketing goals.
