Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio in the Las Vegas area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, leasing, and client relations to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive property management experience, a real estate license, and professional designations. Travel to multiple properties and leadership of site teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across the portfolio in partnership with leadership, including budgets, forecasting, reporting, and vendor management.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive revenue through effective marketing and competitive analysis.
• supervise day-to-day operations of on-site staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage community budgets and financial performance; coordinate leasing and marketing goals with staff.
• Maintain positive relations with vendors and coordinate special projects as requested.
