Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager for multifamily properties in Las Vegas. You will train onsite leasing staff, oversee day‑to‑day leasing activities, and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and resident communication.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and compliance with company policies. Experience with real estate licensing and reporting is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience and 1+ year of management experience.

Aufgaben

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Explain lease information to residents.
• Enter all data into tracking system to track leasing activities.
• Walk apartment units prior to showing and occupancy by resident.
• Review leasing paperwork, and audit lease files.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports as required.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Ensure online advertising is reviewed and updated daily.
• Train and develop leasing personnel per company policies.
• Prepare marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with a Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and applicants.
• Report property issues and recommendations to the Property Manager.
• Determine leasing opportunities and set goals for staff performance.
• Analyze shop program results and reviews.
