Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee operations: maintenance, budgets, forecasting, leasing, marketing, and more.
• Provide exceptional resident communication to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Develop marketing programs to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Supervise on-site staff and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies.
