The role emphasizes professional leadership, budgeting, and strong customer service, with opportunities to influence leasing strategies and financial outcomes. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 3+ years of Management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic; manage on-site team performance.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop marketing programs to drive revenues and occupancy.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies.
