Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) responsible for the management of a property or portfolio, overseeing lease administration, budgets, and staff leadership to meet client goals.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM or license, and proficiency in MS Office; the team emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and effective vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, codes and regulations.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations and recovery process.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting for reporting and compliance.
• Oversee tenant and building construction projects and coordinate with client teams.
