Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Property Manager in Las Vegas to lead an assigned portfolio, execute business plans, mentor Property and Area Managers, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and client expectations.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and experience with financials, budgets, and Yardi. Expect travel and collaboration across operations, marketing, and risk management to optimize performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, CPM/CCI/RPA/CAM preferred, real estate license required.
• 10+ years of Property Management experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with financials, budgets, office operations and sales.
• Proficiency in data-driven reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main point of contact with owner representatives and interpret the Property Management Agreement terms.
• Review and approve property purchases in line with the budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop budgets, plans and ad spend effectiveness.
• Participate in revenue management pricing and attend pricing calls.
• Review resident surveys and create corrective action plans for underperforming staff.
• Oversee marketing activities, market comps, leads, and screening metrics.
• Assist with RFP responses and client pitches.
• Ensure staff use property front-end technology and systems properly.
• Oversee risk management, safety standards, and liability issues; coordinate with PMs and Supervisors to prep rent-ready units.
• Coordinate with Operations Center of Excellence to optimize shared services and ensure document delivery.
