Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Manager, Multifamily to oversee capital projects, renovations, and new builds across designated properties. You will manage scope, bids, contracts, and on-site execution, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong construction management skills, multi-project oversight, and collaboration with clients, property teams, and vendors. Travel to sites is expected as part of portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• Experience in multifamily construction, renovations, cap­ital projects or property development preferred.
• Experience with contractor bidding, scope development, permitting, budgeting and project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify project needs based on property conditions and capital planning.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and project specifications.
• Solicit bids from qualified contractors and review proposals.
• Manage active construction to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Conduct site visits, document progress, and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and permitting requirements.
• Prepare and present scope, bids, and budget recommendations as needed.
