Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements and operational reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rent rates, collecting and posting rent, renewals, and managing delinquencies.
