Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily sector to lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure safety and quality across properties.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with supervisory responsibilities to uphold Harbor Group's standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1+ year of supervision, and trades proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years' experience in multifamily property maintenance and turnover/make-ready processes.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification required by property needs.
• Proficient diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing solutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready processes, inspections, vendor scheduling, and quality checks.
• Ensure clean, safe, and visually appealing common areas and grounds.
• Schedule in-house and third-party contractor work, and manage timelines.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and document findings.
• Maintain inventory, order materials, and control budget-adherent costs.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Inspect completed work for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address resident concerns promptly.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid unnecessary replacements.
