Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical condition, appearance, and operations of our housing communities in Columbia, MD. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure timely service requests are completed, and supervise turnovers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident living spaces and common areas to ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
• Oversee apartment turnovers including repairs, painting and cleaning of vacant units.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate timely resolutions.
