Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Owen Brown in Columbia, MD. The role oversees maintenance, repairs, and turnover of apartments to ensure safe, attractive living spaces and high resident satisfaction.

You will lead a team, coordinate preventive work, and maintain records and budgets. The position requires 3+ years as a maintenance technician, high school diploma or GED, and EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification (or ability to obtain).

Competenze

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or related role.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge helpful.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; ensure timely work completion.
• Oversee repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance across the property.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and grounds.
• Manage apartment turnovers and coordinate with residents and management.
• Develop training for associates and participate in budget planning.
