Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at a Baltimore area property.

You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovations to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive living environment for residents and a productive workplace for staff. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, plus strong leadership and customer service abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders and training.
• Manage turnovers, renovations, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and logs.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and professionally.
