Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across residential properties. You will manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, clean living environments for residents and a productive workplace for associates.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC/ electrical knowledge, and EPA 608 certification eligibility. A strong customer-service focus and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or other applicable experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment.
• Manage maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise apartment turnovers, renovations, and turnovers of vacant units.
• Maintain records and logs; monitor safety and cleanliness across the property.
• Assist in budget planning and ensure contracts align with budget constraints.
