Enterprise is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department across a multi-family property in Capitol Heights, MD. You will oversee and improve property condition, safety, and resident satisfaction while directing a team of technicians and apprentices.

You will handle scheduling, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs, manage turnovers, and ensure adherence to budgets and policies.

Formación

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Certification - Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate a team; strong organizational skills and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance of the property to ensure safety and cleanliness for residents and staff.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly; provide professional customer service.
• Oversee routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance across all property systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff; ensure training and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage apartment turnovers, including repairs, renovations, painting, and cleaning.
• Maintain safe, tidy grounds and common areas; monitor landscaping and snow removal.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; manage service contracts and budgeting.
• Assist with emergencies and develop training for associates.
