Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep, safety, and operations across assigned communities. You will lead maintenance staff, manage repairs, ensure timely service requests, and uphold resident satisfaction while controlling costs.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, assist with budget planning, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Extensive knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to supervise and motivate maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical condition and upkeep of properties to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Lead maintenance staff, assign tasks, train personnel, and monitor performance.
• Manage resident service requests with timely, quality responses.
• Coordinate preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee apartment turnovers, renovations, and condition of vacant units.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, logs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with budget planning and procurement within approved contracts.
